Jay Z on Angie Martinez

BUMB THIS NOW #9 11/26/2008

i am becoming a bigger and bigger fan of the very talented ryan leslie and his whole camp, and what's best is he doesn't overuse the auto-tune...  i hope some of you artists are taking notes.

Young Chris, Common, Alchemist, Curtains, B.o.B, Bun B

(quality chris and a classic dre beat, not to mention a heater from bear one... day 23 and 24, "30 days 30 verses).

(exactly what we have become to expect from gfcny.  emo rappers are not going anywhere hiphop).

(get it how you live man.  common, kanye, and the neptunes, aka "shut up and listen).

(this is your therapy).

(this shit IS fury, and T.I and B.o.B are "those niggas," well done sirs).

(gotta give the dirty south a shout every once in a while, and no one in the south does it better then bun b).

(do us both a favor and just spin this shit).

BUMB THIS NOW #8.1 11/24/2008

(dj wich stand up, this beat is ridic, nironic kills it and kurupt delivers as well, did i mention the fucking beat? impressive).

Roc-A-feLLA goes in 2001 pt. 4

Jeezy, Nu Jersey Devil, Harlem's Cash, Theophilus London, DJ Deadeye, Jake ONE, Killah Priest,

Young Jeezy - Rumor Has It (feat. Pharrell Williams) (Produced By The Neptunes)
(pharrell kills this shit, unfortunately jeezy ignores the gift of a beat from the neptunes, with that said he still rhymes a good story... def worth some spins).

(fast forward to the weezy verse, then change song, needless to say i am really not impressed with njd).

(the government is amazing with the tools, no not tech 9s, techniques, not to mention harlem's cash knows how to ride a beat better then the best of em, be on the look out for this "petty drug dealer turned rap phenomenon").

(someone else you should keep an eye on, london does what he wants and he gets that shit done on his own, so you don't have to worry about him selling out his artist, RIP V. Knight...  video out the 26th).

(deadeye does it again, props to cyrus for producing a gem as well, some real pull up and pull out music).

(anyone who can get freeway and brother ali on the same track gets my ear, it helps when you are one of the best
producers in the game).

(damn bust, sounds like your trying to be extra nasally for some reason, either that or you gotta give the candy a rest,
i'll pass on this one, but for you real busta stans out there enjoy).

BUMB THIS NOW #8, Novel, Talib, and Spree Wilson

(last time i posted something novel i ran into some trouble, so lets see how long this stays up. but i woke up to this song this morning and it just made waking up easier. they are!).

Lil Wayne, G.O.O.D Music, Sha Stimuli & Mickey Factz, Jamie Foxx,, livesoul,

Lil Wayne - Red Magic f. The Game
(game and wayne get right at it, this song reminds me of a track that would have ruled the radio like 10 years ago, its refreshing when artists don't try to do too much, rappers forget that sometimes all you need is a beat to ride and a story to tell).

(these guys are two of the next big stars of hip-hop, great flows and what a beat).
